From Our Family Farm in Colombia to Your Cup
De La Vega Coffee is built on three generations of coffee-growing tradition.
Our story begins in the mountains of Colombia, where our grandparents first cultivated coffee as a way of life. They learned to work with the land, understanding the rhythms of the harvest, the importance of patience, and the value of quality over quantity.
The second generation continued this work, improving techniques and deepening our family’s connection to coffee. Over time, we witnessed how traditional coffee production often left farmers with little reward, despite their hard work.
That is why we chose a different path.
Today, as the third generation, we are committed to producing specialty coffee that honors our roots while embracing innovation. We focus on selective harvesting, controlled fermentation, and sustainable practices that reduce water usage and protect the environment.
By bringing our coffee directly from our farm in Colombia to customers in Washington, we eliminate unnecessary intermediaries and ensure that more value remains with the people who grow the coffee.
Every cup of De La Vega Coffee tells a story — of family, tradition, and a deep respect for the land.
